The Daily Front Row

 2016

 Photoshop, illustrator, found images

During my summer as an design intern at the Daily Front Row Magazine, I was given the task to do a concept for a Decor Fix page for a future issue. I was given full reign of the page from picking the theme and color scheme, to doing the research and finding the products to feature. I decided to create a bohemian beach theme for the end of summer (since it was drawing near at the time). Initially I created a more condensed page just so I could show my supervisors the products I found and so the color dynamics and shape relationships could be readily seen, after which I created a page modeled off the magazine's other Decor Fix pages. After submitting the pages, my supervisor was very impressed and wanted to use my theme and several of its future elements for an upcoming issue.
